Copper Jack
Our boat, “Copper Jack” can carry up to 40 passengers for Public Sailings and is available to hire for celebrations, parties, corporate and group bookings as Private Charters.
A selection of coffees, teas, soft drinks, and snacks are available as well as a fully licensed bar to sell alcohol. Copper Jack is fully accessible with a wheelchair lift and accessible toilet.

Georgia & Dave
Jazz, Swing & La Douce Vie!
Georgia Furlong is a talented singer from Aberdare, known for her rich vocals and her growing presence on the South Wales jazz scene. She performs across Swansea and Aberdare, hosts the popular Speakeasy Jazz Night at St Elvan’s, and has appeared at major local events including the Swansea International Jazz Festival. A versatile performer with a stunning voice, Georgia brings a blend of jazz, contemporary classics, and soulful favourites to every stage.
She is joined by the renowned Swansea musician Dave Cottle – a respected pianist, trumpeter, and bandleader whose career spans decades. As a central figure in the Swansea Jazz community and long time organiser of Swansea Jazz Club, Dave has performed with countless top tier musicians and is celebrated for his exceptional musicianship and effortless style.
Together, Georgia and Dave create a beautifully crafted, expressive sound that promises a memorable performance aboard the Copper Jack.

With the support of Swansea Council, we are delighted to be able to offer two sets of free boat trips on Copper Jack
Cuppa & A Chat
Cuppa & a Chat returns with 14 free river trips for the Over 50s. On the 90-minute trip, enjoy a free cup of tea, coffee or soft drink, accompanied by an illustrated talk of Swansea’s rich industrial history, whilst the lovely riverside scenery gently passes by.
Trips are open to individuals or groups of people who are Swansea residents and are aged 50 or over.
CYP “Children, Young People and Families”
We are delighted to offer a series of 14 free, 70-minute boat trips aboard Copper Jack. Take in the lovely riverside scenery whilst enjoying an engaging, illustrated talk on Swansea’s rich industrial history.
- For children and young people: A free fruit juice or water.
- For accomanying adults: A complimentary hot drink, fruit juice or water.
To ensure a safe and family-focused experience, every booking must consist of one or two adults accompanying one, two, or three children or young people.
Essential Information for both trips
Please review these guidelines below before booking your tickets:
Pre-booking Required: All trips are limited to a maximum of 40 places and must be booked in advance via our website.
Punctual Departure: Boarding commences 20 minutes before departure. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled sailing time.
Accessibility: To ensure comfort and enjoyment, we reserve two spaces for each wheelchair user.
Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of passengers, no dogs (or other pets) are permitted on board, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Food and Drink: Only food and drink purchased on board Copper Jack may be consumed during the trip
